What to Expect

The MSE Process

There are a few steps within the booking process to be sure MSE meets your event needs and we are a great fit.

Consultation

Schedule a complimentary 1-hour virtual consultation with our Washington DC wedding coordinators. During the consultation, we will discuss your planning needs, challenges, and event vision. Head to the Contact page to submit a request to chat.

Booking 

Following your 1-hour consultation, a proposal including the proposed services & fees will be provided based on details gathered during the consultation. Once a proposal has been accepted and electronically signed, a service agreement is provided requiring a signature. A payment schedule will require additional initialing. A retainer fee must be submitted after signing the service agreement to complete the booking process. 

Onboarding 

Client portal login credentials & welcome package will be emailed. An on-boarding meeting will be scheduled to review client portal features, discuss planning timeline, expectations for both client and MSE, communication methods, expected response timeframes for MSE & client.

Let's Get Planning!

This is the fun part, especially for MSE. We will work collaboratively together by communicating within your client portal, during planning meetings and sometimes email. Planning meetings will be prescheduled. During this time, focus on staying calm and communicate any planning concerns or uneasy emotions. For our couples, while MSE focuses on logistics, be sure to continue to date during this time and continue to fall in love.
